   Would recommend this vets surgery to anyone. Have been having to visit on a regular basis for my old pup for over a year. Each time staff so friendly, helpful and caring. The last month saw significant decline in the pups health, Fay and Philippe could not have been nicer with us. So caring and supportive. Took their time to listen and care for both us and the pup. Can't thank you all enough for the support shown. They all show genuine care for their animal patients and human parents and it shines through. We will be forever grateful and thankful to you all for all you did for us. We are lucky to have a vets with such lovely caring staff in Brough.

   Took our little Hamster for a checkup. We were seen earlier than our appointment time as we were there early. The vet was very thorough and didn't rush us out. He was very good with our little wriggler who didn't wish to be still. I think he took care to go through everything with us. He didn't try to add extra things onto the bill or give us things our pet didn't really need either. We have been through this type of thing before. Receptionist was lovely and friendly. We felt welcome and we felt they cared about our pet. Highly recommended. It was a good experience for us.

   What an amazing vet practice! Due to a complex situation I travelled from Leicestershire to have my dog spayed. Was met by the most friendly and supportive reception and nurse staff who reassured me. Was called after the op to let me know all was well and sent a lovely photo of my dog in recovery! She was so well looked after! Everything was clearly explained by the lovely vet with empathy and the aftercare was also clearly explained. After an emotional reunion we left and I cannot thank the vet and team enough for their care and support. Highly recommend this vet practice and only wish it was our local vets!!!

   I'm only giving it 1 star because there's no option to give 0 stars. They're never open! Every time I call they're shut! How am I supposed to come to the surgery if you won't let me? USELESS! Will be taking my business elsewhere!

   Such a friendly place, very professional from all staff, so caring and understanding of my dogs needs and issues, definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Kerry ( lady of many roles!) , Arthur (vet) and the other vet (I didn't get her name) for you care , help and understanding in these difficult times when we take our animals inside the practice ourselves.

   Very expensive and caring more about insurance than the animals themselves. There are much better vets nearby in my personal opinion. I took my cat there some years ago with a bladder infection. I was charged over £300 for treatment which failed and then another £95 to have the cat put down.

   Excellent care from my first contact by telephone to meeting a veterinary nurse and surgeon who were both amazing. Truly excellent practice. I would advise any pet owner to use them.
