Absolutely brilliant veterinary surgery. Up to date and modern with the latest equipment and give fast diagnosis. We are so lucky to have such a place so close. The staff bend over backwards to help and make you feel like family. The out of hours service is priceless. To have all this skill and equipment accessible in an emergency I know my dog is safe in the best hands. The priority care continues if your dog has surgery in the afternoon, whereas some other companies wouldn’t be able to take your dog as they would have to move them due to not having overnight care. They are open minded, listen and offer support in which ever direction you need or choose. I never feel pressured to make a decision and I feel valued as a pet owner. They all love my dogs - that’s super clear. 10/10.

Every year our rottweiler will turn into the worst drama queen when it comes to getting his boosters. Every year the staff have done their absolute best to do what they could to achieve the goal of getting him vaccinated with the absolute minimum of stress. Even though the vet has never hurt him he will throw a complete fit. We can't get him into an exam room, but it's never a problem to do the deed outside. We dread this time of year. Our dog can stand the fireworks, but have a stranger hovering around his rear end - forget it. This year the vet outdid herself. We were more stressed by the traffic getting to Swanland than the experience, so much so my partner who was holding the lure (homemade mackerel pate) didn't realise the deed had been done. I didn't get the name of the vet who saw us but she was fantastic. Her idea was to hide and sneak in. Between that and the pate, job done. As always lovely staff on reception. A very big thank you from Fred and his humans.

I was early for my appointment which gave me time to play games and help my dog to settle.. The vet took time to let binny investigate her surroundings.. She explained and reassured me about my dogs lumps and her teeth She took time to answer my questions. She had a good approach towards binny who is not normally so co-operative. Thank you

Thank you Paul Knot for looking after Benjamin this morning. Paul is a very caring vet takes care of your pets with such care and compassion and his expertise and knowledge is just first class. Benjamin is now home up to his mischief and feeling better and sends his love and thanks to Paul. It was lovely to meet the new vet who helped with Benjamins care and wish her well in her journey as a vet. Can we mention the girls are all lovely on reception nothing is too much trouble for them and they are so friendly just makes your visit less stressful. Thank you

A large veterinary practice, with plenty of vets and staff. A Really top Notch veterinarian practice all modern facilities, including pool for aqua therapy for your dog. Also equestrian facilities.

It is always worrying when your nervous pet needs to see the vet but the staff that were working on that Sunday made the whole experience more bearable. From the pleasant young ladies on Reception who greeted her like an old friend to the caring vet nurses who led her away for her blood tests, I was happy with their friendly and professional manner. Thank you Paul Knott for the valuable advice and care that you gave Lexi.

Ibrought my cat here for her annual health check up here as their other branch in Leconfield/Beverley was always closed. The vet in Swanland that saw my cat was quite abrupt and said that my cat needed three teeth removing immediately and while they were at it they would take out a canine which had the tip broken off. Previous vets have always said the canine was fine. No explanation/discussion was given for teeth removal. Several attempts to discuss this procedure with the vet with phone calls never got anywhere. In the end I gave up and took my cat elsewhere to a another vet who said my cat didn't need her teeth taking out and definitely not the canine and she just needed some medicine. I have no other experience of this practice but would prefer a vet with compassion for the owner and the pet.

Been coming to Swanbridge/Medivet for a few years now- the only vet I'd trust with my Rabbits, especially after a terrible emergency experience with Kingston. Also take my dog here, she has just been spayed and was very well taken care of by all involved. Highly reccomend if you want a kind, caring and brilliant team looking after your pets.

A great vets! Had my first visit for my new puppy to start his vaccinations. Was very impressed with all of the staff and I'm happy to have this place to care for my dog. Special mention to Sophia who was brilliant and caring with him.
