   I was so impressed with the care we received this past Friday. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and made every effort to ensure our cat could be seen the same evening, even with a short wait. The veterinarian who saw our cat was also fantastic. She was extremely gentle and showed real skill in handling our cat, which we particularly appreciated as she can be difficult at times. Excellent care from the whole team. I'd like to thank the wonderful receptionist who so kindly fitted us in on Friday evening. I also appreciated the receptionist in the clinic who came over to check on our cat while we waited (it could be the same receptionist that took the call), and the fantastic vet who was so skilled and good to her. What I appreciated most is the compassion and professionalism from the entire team. The receptionists went above and beyond to get us seen, and the vet was fantastic at handling our nervous cat with such skill and kindness.

   Reception staff always kind and helpful. We have been going every 3 to 4 weeks with Junior our old cat for regular treatment. We see Gyles every time and have had many more happy months with junior due to his excellent care. Hopefully more to come .

   Professional, kind, supportive and understanding. The vet was brilliant in the handling and understanding of my dogs needs, and my emotions. The ladies on the front desk are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I'm a new client and am very impressed with the practice. Highly recommend.

   They don't put the animals welfare first is all about the money. £70 for prescription of 28 painkillers for my dog other vets charging £38 for exactly the same. I asked them as my dog had been prescribed them if I could buy 3 tablets but no they would rather him suffer forb3 days absolutely disgraceful

   Brought my puppy in this morning after she hurt her dew claw on the beach. Although I’m not registered at this vets, they couldn’t do enough for us! Charged me a very reasonable price to remove the claw! Left with some pain relief and she’s now back to her lovely little self. Thank you so much!

   We took our little dog who was really sick,we asked for an emergency appointment, we were seen within 10mins, the out come was brilliant news. The vet was lovely with our dog,really gentle. The reception staff were also really nice taking time to talk to us and ask after our little dog. This practice has been amazing over the 14 years we've had our dog.
