Tried to register my cat and the receptionist (the vet’s wife apparently) was very rude. I was spoken to in such a condescending manner. I’m surprised they have any customers. Asked others in Gainsborough about their experience and apparently she’s known for being rude.
If Mandy is still working as receptionist I am surprised anyone still takes their pet there, she is rude and obnoxious, so much so, I logged the verbal abuse we had from her to the police.
The receptionist is hands down the rudest person to have walked this earth. Do not use this vet at any cost - it’s not worth the treatment you will receive.

Awful experience at this vet . Wife Mandy is a very rude woman. I'm surprised they have any clients because of being spoken to like trash . Would not recommend !!!
