   I purchased an oval sauna from the Ice Bath company having spent a long time researching models, prices, efficient designs and heating methods . I placed my order having laid the concrete base and electrics installed . The team arrived earlier than the anticipated delivery date excellent installers they completed the job in 2 hrs it looks amazing in the garden and we use it daily as part of our triathlon training. Fabulous company superbly efficient thoroughly recommend .

   I decided to buy my ice bath from the ice bath co as I deemed it to be the best on the market. I recently had an error code on the chiller and a louder fan noise. The unit is still under warranty. after sending a video I was told this would need a replacement fan motor. Excellent I thought, someone will be out to fit it ! NO they wanted to send me the part and fit it myself along with a video instruction ! Part arrived next day ! Video on how to fit it .. now 2 weeks later and nothing. Requested call backs and responses but nothing. Emailed Luke Mace directly , not even an acknowledgment. My names not Olly Murs or Ross Edgley , I don’t have social media following , so I’m classed as not important. Despite the £000’s spent with them. The level of service has been so poor it has ruined my experience of what was a great product Still waiting to hear from someone … I was told I would have a video chat with Luke .. but again no surprise this also hasn’t materialised…….. broken ice bath, no customer service

   I purchased a conversion kit to use with an Oak barrel I had. When it came time to install I thought this would be on me as it was my barrel and not purchased from the company but I was pleasantly surprised when it was booked in for delivery that this was all taken care of for me, holes drilled, connected up, the lot. Jared, the installer couldn’t have been more helpful. A slight issue with a missing cable was rectified the very next day. Customer service has been also been great! Any questions I’ve had have been promptly answered as well as advice and tips on how to begin my ice bath journey. Great service

   Hi Jake, just want to say what a fantastic service you offer. If I could leave 6 stars I would. The oval unit with ice chiller is amazing, looks great in our garden! I have had a bad experience with another supplier and lost faith with recent internet purchases, however, Jake and the team have delivered on everything they promised. This is very different to a standalone tub with ice water in, which i normally get in at 1 to 2 degrees. I have set to 4 and it is so much colder with a pump moving the water around. Still managed my normal 10mins. Thanks for the great customer service and super quick delivery! DW

   It has been a dream of mine that I would one day have my own ice bath and sauna but from my research in the past, all of the options seemed really expensive. I came across the Ice Bath Co. through a friend and when I looked at the cost for the pair I was really surprised and thought this actually seems very reasonable. After seeing so many people across social media using their ice baths and saunas and hearing about their experience, I decided this was the company for me. When I bought the pair I was kept in contact about when the scheduled build would be, they even made an exception and installed mine during the Xmas break in early January. I had the pleasure of meeting Luke the owner, he actually came to build mine, and I hope to see him again soon. He had a huge energy and passion about his products which was infectious, and he knew that these products could massively benefit anyone. During the build he was happy to spend time explaining how to use both bits of equipment for different purposes, and we even chatted about his business journey. It meant a lot of that he took the time to get to know us. The Ice Bath Co. are a very lovely, caring company and I'm very proud to be a apart of their journey. Since the installation I've had a lot of people ask me about it and they are now placing orders. The equipment is of such high quality for the price, I was so impressed once it had been built and would highly recommend. I use both at least daily, sometimes more!

   Have had my round ice bath in place for two weeks now - It is amazing. Communication from the team throughout order process was brilliant, delivered earlier than originally thought, LOADS of advice and information when delivered and installed.    I wasn’t a believer in cold water therapy until I started my journey with The Ice Bath co. From reduced DOMS to some amazing euphoric feelings, can’t fault the process. The baths themselves looks fantastic anywhere and everywhere. Fully customisable construction wood allows for you to paint and decorate to colours + standards you desire. In comparison to standard ice baths the positioning of the seat allows for comfort and the ability to stay in position unlike many other baths. Love it
