   Thank you so much for having Luna whilst I was holiday. Although there were a couple of issues they were dealt with quickly and effectively. Luna enjoyed her stay and has missed her new friends.

   I have always found Lynn and Rog to be professional in every way. I cannot imagine taking my pets to anyone else. The negative review made 4 days ago does not reflect the excellent care that they take with other people's precious pets. I personally do not believe a word of it Plus, if your experience was negative on several occasions why keep taking your dog back.

   I saw the previous post and just wanted to say that I was sorry you had that experience with Waltham Rambles but Lynn and Roger have looked after our dog for the last 5 years, for daycare and boarding and we have nothing but praise for the way they have cared for her. We have found them so accommodating and committed to providing the best care possible and we are very grateful for this. Our dog looks to them as her second home.

   ***DO NOT USE*** Rude and unreliable. It saddens me to have to do such a review, however, I feel the need to share my experience. Earlier this week I enquired with Waltham Rambles to see if they could take care of our 10 week old puppy as we had booked a UK holiday but unfortunately we didn’t realise our accommodation didn’t accept pets. Lynn was very accommodating at first…offered a trial day then after a successful day she said she would look after Barney for us whilst we went on holiday. First and second day were absolutely fine, regular messages and updates saying how good he was being. Then we get to today (the third day)…I messaged Lynn to see how Barney had been and the response I received was simply rude and upsetting. To hear from a ‘professional’ dog carer that our puppy was being an ‘absolute nightmare’ and driving Lynn and Roger ‘insane’ was very very upsetting. This message was followed by ‘I will never offer to have a puppy at short notice again, and definitely not for £25 a night!’ I responded offering more money for them to continue to taking care of Barney but Lynn replied ‘I’d rather someone just came and got him’. Whilst I appreciate puppy’s are more work than an older dog, Lynn and Roger were fully aware of his age when agreeing to look after him. Of course he’ll cry when you leave the room or he can’t see you. I don’t have a degree in dog care but I know he would require a little extra care than an older dog. The most frustrating part is we later received a message saying how much she cares about Barney’s welfare which wasn’t mentioned at all at first but actually how much he was driving them insane!! Now, our family holiday as been cut short and we’re over £1500 down as we can’t have Barney away with us. My husband collected Barney and was greeted with ‘well we just couldn’t get on with him’. Barney is a beautiful puppy cockerpoo who is just a baby himself. I trusted Lynn to take care of him whilst we were away but instead all I received was rude messages. Such a shame as I know how well thought of the business is in our local area, however people need to know the above before booking.

   Very caring & trusted family run business. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog with them whether it's for a day, the weekend or for a week. They even send photos to show how happy my dog is. Wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else.
