I absolutely couldn’t be happier. My dog Frankie had had a sketchy history with groomers and finally we have found a perfect partnership - Hair O’the Dog is absolutely the best! Frankie is so nervous and anxious usually at the groomers we have previously used that for a week after he is unsettled but not here! We as owners and Frankie as the client receive lots of reassurance, patience and understanding and I couldn’t be happier. Frankie has had two trips now to Hair O’the Dog and he looks and smells beautiful. When I collect him he is never restrained or caged and he clearly interacts well with the groomer. An absolute 5* service and I feel so happy that my fur baby - quirks n all - is so well looked after and considered.

Andy has now trimmed our Cockapoo Jarvis four times & has always done a great job. He's very patient with Jarvis who has a habit of wanting his belly rubbed all the time & won't stand up to be cut... And on this visit, Jarvis even received a xmas gift..
1st time taking Buddy here as fed up with trying to book the old place I always took him to so was a little apprehensive taking him somewhere different. Very clean facilities Bud seem to hit it off straight away as he can be a real handful when it even comes to combing him, but receive a text to say he was all ready to pick up and he looks amazing. Best cut he's had in my opinion looks like the time and care put in really showed. I will definitely be taking Buddy back again, I was accomadated a Saturday morning was great with being away with work and the fact they're only round the corner.
Took my Springer Spaniel there today. Easy to book and register. Friendly staff, excellent value for money. Discussed with me some options and preferences. Clean room with Air Conditioner. Left my dog and recieved a text to let me know when he was finished. I will definitely be visiting again.
First time we had used Andy today - first groom for our rescue retriever. Delighted with the outcome - she looked stunning and our girl seemed to have had an enjoyable time too (eating Andy’s carrot treats)! Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a very professional job.
More than excellent job done Andy with our dog Gizmo. His first visit to Andy and our dog looks fantastic. Andy had such a calming effect on Gizmo, as we know he can be high spirited on occasions, but Andy said he was as good as gold. Would highly recommend Andy to anyone who needs a groomer. Thanks Andy
