   Its a really great gym and good value for money. I have been a member for just over a year and its been very good. Only lose one star as they seem to have constant issues with stuff breaking, I'm talking about the air-con over summer or the sauna or the showers. They do have people out quickly but seems to always be something broken. That said all the gym equipment is modern and new and the staff are friendly.

   I originally joined in December as a stop gap as the gym I was using was under refurbishment. I haven't looked back since then. The staff are excellent! They are very warm, welcoming and also extremely helpful. The equipment is great, the gym itself is very clean, tidy and well maintained. The gym community with other members is the best I have ever experienced. I would recommend this gym to anybody.

   Great gym & atmosphere . The members of staff are very friendly and very helpful! . Not sure the young lady’s name but my bag got stuck in my locker and she was able to get it out for me I was very greatful. Love this gym ! ☺️

   English is not my first language but I do understand what 'ADULTS ONLY' means on changing room doors. Unfortunately some parents think it's ok to make shortcuts through adult changing rooms and showers with their kids. I find it at least uncomfortable. There is a separate Family changing room, you can access it through the swimming pool. Have some common sense.

   Been a member for six weeks now find the staff friendly and helpful. The facilities and swimming all seems to be quite clean and the opening hours are quite good One thing which would be good is to have a swimming costume spinner...

   Been a member for years. Staff are very friendly.. Chloe is awesome manager, can tell the difference she made.. Repairs are done much quicker than before. Facilities are running much better than before.. Well done guys. Improvements I would suggest is to ask parents to take off their shoes around pool area and cleaning of showers areas.

   Joined the gym and got a discount rate of £28. First visit realised the pool is really small. Staff don’t like smiling. Weights machines rusty from top to bottom showing that staff never clean them, with the stickers showing the weight peeled off. Debris on the floor. First locker was full of old crisp packets. Couldn’t wait to leave and cancel.

   The gym itself is fine, but the staff turn off the TVs 25 mins before closing (yes, even while a World Cup game is on with 85 mins played), presumably so people will just want to leave and then they get to go home early...? They also cashed up 30 mins before closing so I couldn't even buy a drink from the fridge. Unreal. Again, I can only assume they closed everything down early so they could go home asap. I'm glad I'm just visiting and don't have a membership because that would do my head in. It seems people are just ok with everything being mediocre after the pandemic. Anyway, I would of course not recommend this gym.
