Great fun pool for a family fun visit. Nice slide and some sections which don’t get too busy

Public swims have no option to book in advance, and fill up so fast that you have to queue 25 minutes before the session to get in! Even if someone leaves, they won't let you in until the next session slot. Absolutely no excuse in modern society not to provide a booking system, especially if you're enforcing session timeslots anyway. Every weekend you have a queue of frustrated people. One leisure has the money and infrastructure to put this in place, easily. Sort it out!

St Neots Leisure Centre feels poorly managed and under-invested. The changing areas are dated (circa 1990) and in need of a deep clean, with a rather damp and tired atmosphere. The swimming pool is understandably popular with families at weekends, but the facilities struggle to keep up with demand. Payment is another bottleneck — with only one machine available, queues are common, and it can take an unreasonable amount of time just to pay. The gym is regularly overcrowded, highlighting the clear demand in the community, but staffing levels and training appear inadequate to support this. With no real alternative in St Neots, locals seem to be left tolerating a slow decline in quality, despite the centre being so heavily used.

Well managed leisure centre with plenty of activity options at a reasonable price. The gym can be crowded but I recommend using the app to book and get a feel of how busy the gym would be at certain times. There are also great classes to choose from and courts are included in your membership for badminton. The pool is a bit rundown I guess - there isnt a lot of changing places/showers so hopefully that can be improved.

Good overall gym, however if you want to train CrossFit then not ideal. Floor space is comprised and sled Matt upstairs is never free.

Decent size swimming pool. Visited few times with kids for floats fun. Kids love the place. On the last occasion given wrist bands with no explanation. 45mins later announcement for one colour wrist bands to leave. I would have bought two sessions ifni knew about the 45 min limit.

Reasonable price for hire of the hall for kid's party and side room for food and drinks. We attend the swimming pool every week with our children and the lessons are well staged.

Changing facility at the pool has been renovated during lockdown and looks good. Unfortunately the boiler feeding the showers is still a bit dodgy. Pool area is tidy, but getting a bit tired. Staff polite and friendly. Scanner at reception is hit or miss, but staff were able to quickly look up my details. Not too busy on friday mid-morning session.

Great little center. Would be 5* if they sort out the issues with the members fobs, and with the online system offering more tennis courts than actually exist.
