Needed a small job doing on a 2nd hand Tissot watch. Required a new link and clasp adjusting. They ordered new links for me and fitted and made adjustments over a couple of days until it felt right for me. Excellent and friendly service.
Bought a super ocean heritage today. Great service from the moment I walked into the shop Thanks to Paul for helping with the sale. Disgraceful operation.They have just sold a relative yet another watch,this one a 14k omega, even after the store manager guaranteed me that they would not sell him another watch that he doesn't need(they have sold him 6) . He has schizophrenia and has recently developed a brain tumor,all of this explained to the store manager. He lives on benefits and has bought these watches from his inheritance from his mother's death. I know that shops are there to sell but really ,taking advantage of an extremely vulnerable person is a disgrace,shame on you
Ordered a Superocean 44 delivered just before Christmas after speaking with Danny Burnell (Berry's Leeds) who was very responsive and helpful. The store had it available immediately and matched a lower price I had elsewhere which needed to be ordered in. The watch came quickly and well packaged, unfortunately however I noticed it wasn't running within spec and it needed to be serviced. Sarah Deyes was extremely helpful in keeping me updated about the service, and even offered complimentary accessories due to the inconvenience. Would gladly buy with Berry's in the future.

Where do I start, this store had me at hello some 20 years ago I’ve purchased too many watches to mention over the years. Also Purchased a few fine pieces of jewellery too. Julie has always served me and is so professional. I feel extremely well looked after by her and nothing is to much trouble. Julie has sourced me many fine watches from other berry’s store through out the uk too. All my watches get serviced via berry’s and my jewellery gets cleaned yearly. Which is all done at a very reasonable price and always kept updated when my jewellery is due back in store. This store in hull and it’s staff are such a pleasure to visit. Always made to feel very welcome. Keep up the good work 5 stars from me
