   TERRIBLE customer service. Took my engagement ring back to where my fiancée bought the ring to be resized, was told would be around a month till could collect. Came to this date and still NO contact, 2 weeks following this date, still NO contact. I contacted them asking for update, said they still haven’t got it. Another week later, rang them and was told my ring was sent somewhere else and they did not know when it would be returned. (Surely they should have rang me to inform me of this?!) HAD ZERO UPDATES OR CALLS FROM THEM. Wasn’t until I wrote a letter of complaint that I then got my ring back a week later. After me stating if I don’t get it back in 7 days, I will take the complaint higher. If I had not wrote this complaint, how long would it have taken?? Zero communication. Should be keeping your customers in the loop about their jewellery.

   Staff are very helpful but you get passed around staff for measuring fingers, choosing rings , ordering etc and we were the only people in the shop. Good timing for things turning up that are on order.. my daughter's ring came 5 days early.

   Went to buy my grandson a gold necklace for his birthday...asked to see one...I was told I would have to pay for it first and machine was broken so had to be cash...yes as if. Sorry you lost a big sale

   Went to buy my wedding ring. Felt like I had to beg to try on a ring. Was lied to about not having the size. They said they didn't make a particular ring in my size. Went to the other branch in Princess Quay and funnily enough they had the ring in my size. I would've given 2 stars but I went in a 2nd time on the same day and a different person served me and was much much more helpful.

   Disgusting service. Went in to buy some jewellery and was spoken down too and told not to buy the products. Tried to just rush me out the shop. Rude due to me being young I assume. Will not be going again.

   Lots of pretty sparkly jewellery at great prices. I popped in on the off chance of having my ring finger measured properly and the girl did it straight away which was helpful although my partner bought the size under what she suggested and it still slightly to big

   Pressured into buying a ring that wasn't the right size because they didn't have it in. Refused to let me exchange my fiance's ring to the smaller size I originally asked for, wouldn't check to see if there other store had it, Horrible customer service, completely unhelpful and wouldn't recommend shopping here!

   I visited the prospect centre store today and I just want to say how professional the staff were even when faced with some quite rude customers, I personally found it a very safe experience and think it's amazing how all the staff were lovely and kept themselves and customers safe. Well done ladies, especially the ladies dealing with rude customers
