Having used this store for quite a long time i have always been treated so wonderfully. The staff are outstanding, nothing is a problem for them . I absolutely love going to this store. Hayley and the staff are amazing. Thank you ladies.
Every month it is a fight to get medication. Due to the time it takes for the pharmacy to prepare the prescription my GP increased the quantity which boots ignored. Instead of issuing 2 boxes of insulin they only issued 1 and blame the GP for not providing the update. Sorry to say that when checking on the NHS app 2 boxes are clearly listed. Again this month im fighting for medication and the pharmacy are very unhelpful just telling me to speak to my GP or ring 111 for an emergency script. I am diabetic and need insulin to live and boots do not care and are using to issue what the GP has signed off on. I would strongly recommend that anyone who needs medication to keep them alive to find another pharmacy who will provide all of your prescription and not withhold half of it, they are playing God.
Last night i went into Boots to hey some hair dye, i then went to look wt hairdryers as ive been saving so i could buy it. At the till i asked to be severed wy the staffed till of which i was told "no go and use the end one" then your employee stared at me as i needed the tag taking of the hairdryer. Not a very nice member of staff When i got home to open the box what came out was mo6dt dein
Visited today and asked for ducolax liquid .To be told very sternly not to take it every day .ok no problem but was then handed the largest bottle on the shelf !!! Obvs the most expensive!!
I went for an eye test today at boots optician's in congelton jodie was very helpful and pleasant helped me pick my glasses as i couldn't decide which one's to pick she is very good at her job and a credit to the company.
Superb support they were there to help and did exactly that highly recommend
Most of the staff are nice, except one pharmacist who is SUPER rude! I’ve met her twice and both times she’s been unnecessarily hostile. How can you ask me if you can help me with something, and when I tell you I need to pay for a medication, she goes “I’m busy, take it to the front till”, I said there’s no one there, she just throws her hands up and continues to flip through papers! All while I’m holding my baby. There’s a sign that says don’t be rude to the staff, but who protects the customer?
Went in to buy aftershave, waited whilst another customer was being served and then I was completely blanked by the two staff behind the till who deemed it more important walk off and organise the shelves than sell what’s on them so I walked out. I’m 6ft 3 and was stood 2 feet away looking at the cabinet, not exactly hard to see me.
Go in for anti sickness tablets for my partner, guy starts asking me personal things so I said what's with the questions it's just for sickness, then he asks if she needs an ambulance so I said listen I just want these tablets the questions are un called for and all he said was I'm doing my job, so I think he needs a new one avoid
