   What is there not to love? In a very stressful and frightful situation, Steve, Phil and John have the best customer service I have ever seen a garage provide in Stafford helping put fears at rest whilst retaining professionalism and telling us what the next steps where. They gave us regular updates on the work being done and top quality repairs on all works carried out. Want to be look after at the garage in Stafford? These gents and the real deal. 100% would recommend (and have already done so!) and 100% are going to become my regular garage. Thank you guys!

   I used this company a while ago to refurbish the wheels on my Jaguar XJR which were in a bad state of repair. At first I was very impressed with the work they were carrying out there as they showed me examples of wheels they were currently doing which looked immaculate. Although my wheels had cracks and dents in them which they fixed very well, the paint and overall fit and finish was poor at best. Some of the connecting bolts for the split rims had their heads rounded off, they lost my rare original valve caps and the paint finish was awful especially the powder coated centres which had contamination and cracks all over them. Also, the inner edge of the wheels showed that they had been dragged across the floor in the workshop. Very poor value for money and no attention to detail despite top prices being charged and promising a high standard of finish. The concerns I raised seemed to be dismissed as trivial. I can only give them 2 stars for the straightening out of the wheels, I’d have to recommend having them painted elsewhere.

   Took two alloy wheels that had been damaged by a pothole. Dropped then in at 930am, they were complete by 345pm! Amazing service, great value and so quick, my car was off the road for less than 24hrs! Thanks

   Had a cracked alloy repaired and full refurb on all 4 wheels at WheelSmart. The wheels look brand new, very helpful with booking even when I had to reschedule due to outside issues and finished the work in the time they said they would. Happy to recommend and will hopefully be back soon with the wheels from my other car, thank you!

   Had my wheels done here However the tyre pressures monitor valves were replaced without informing me first and not manufacture original quality used as replacement Consequently error code on dash 2 subsequent visits still haven’t resolved the issue Have the extra expense now of going to the main dealer to rectify the problem Of a more serious note wheel smart repairs had the car 1 week to carry out refurb. My car was damaged while at their premises, they’ve denied it but it definitely wasn’t like that when I left it there. Because of these 2 points cannot recommend this business, go elsewhere

   Fantastic job. Great workmanship and professional the best prices around. due to the bad weather they dropped me home and collected once the repair was completed great customer service . If I damage any wheels again I would definite use them highly recommended well done guys Thank you.
