    Nice place to stay, has its own entertainment/ games room. Only issue is there are no shops or pubs near. Your are better of bringing your own supplies.

    Absolutely beautiful holiday homes ( yes, homes). We stayed in The Loft, 9 fantastic bedrooms, a massive living/kitchen area, more than ample kitchen wares, wonderful outdoor area. Shared swimming pool/snooker table/pool table, darts, and an arcade game, all fabulously presented, plus a great welcome pack.

    Beautiful setting and peaceful. Be ready for poor phone signal but it meant the kids spent a lot of time swimming and playing pool rather than glued to their phones! There was building works going on site which was a shame but overall we had a lovely time there. Being able to take our dogs was a big hit.

    Had a lovely week at struncheon hill farm. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack, with lots of treats. The cottage we stayed in (River view) was a beautiful place, plenty of room for our party of 7 and 3 dogs! It was clean, cosy and well equipt. I cooked everyday and there was everything I needed there, The pool and games room were very nice also. There is lots of things to do around the farm we visited Hornsea, Bridlington, sewerby hall & zoo, withernsea and Scarborough.. They were all an hour or less from the cottage. Would definitely return to struncheon hill.

    Accommodation is OK but what's ruined this weekend is the amount of flies all over the house. All in living room, bathrooms and kitchen area. We can't leave food unattended or cook in peace. Luckily someone left us some fly paper, this must be an issue as the 2 local shops had run out of fly paper/repellent as well. Even with 2 fly rolls, fighting off flies was a constant annoyance. We have staying in countryside before without this many flies. Not sure if it's to do with septic tank or something. The games room has a very worn darts board and a small uneven pool table with wonky cues for when you want a break from the flies. The pool was OK to be fair, but doesn't make up for the rest.

    Four of us adults spent an excellent week in the Meadowview cottage with its pleasant enclosed garden. We used the great facilities which were all spotlessly clean and incl a swimming pool, snooker, pool and darts It's a super location for a relaxed time away in East Yorkshire. We hope to return to enjoy more views over the meadow and the local area

    We’ve just got back from spending a week at Struncheon Hill Farm - River View cottage. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It was beautiful very clean and absolutely spotless. The indoor pool was lovely and warm and again it was kept spotless. WiFi wasn’t great BUT we actually spent time with our teenagers playing cards and board games. The enclosed garden was a must for our dogs as well as the enclosed 2 acre paddock. Would definitely go back again. Thank you.
