   We stayed from Friday - Sunday in July, 8 girls for my wedding at the Beverley Barn! The Barn House is the best and ideal location. Elaine was outstanding! So hospitable and the rooms are gorgeous! Got some amazing pre wedding shots! We also booked through Elaine, her contact Elaine Townend for morning breakfast. This was also the best idea. I cannot say enough how much staying here really made my wedding weekend! It was perfect! The sheep are also hilarious! You can see them walking around at times. Thank you so much Elaine xx

   We recently stayed at Broadgate Farm in Forge cottage. My husband and I, plus our one year old daughter. It was perfect for us as a family, spacious, home comforts, safety gates and perfect scenery for our daughter, sheep! It was a 20 minute pleasant walk into the nearest village and great to visit the duck pond for our daughter. We will certainly be returning as we loved our stay. The cottage was cleaned to a high standard, we had a warm welcome package and it was such a beautiful cottage. Thank you for our stay, The Clarkes.

   This is a top of the range holiday let set on a working farm 5mins out of Beverly Hull. We hired 2 adjoining cottages as there was 8 of us. Two of our party had mobility issues. The accommodation has a real wow factor, the rooms are generous and very well equipped. The beds very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding if needed. The open lounge and kitchen area was as equally well equipped with lovely floor to ceiling views across the fields. Very comfortable seating and a dining table for 8. Kitchen had all we needed to cook for all of us and came with tea and coffee as well as all the usual accoutrements. We were not short of anything. The host warmly welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Every room had its own en suite with the exception being the accessible toilet which was an en suite with additional access to the main corridor. This was very well equipped with all you would reasonably expect or need. There was some outdoor seating which was great to use in the early evening sun. All in all a great place to visit and I freely recommend it anyone.

   Stayed here for a week in June 2022. Fantastic accomodation so spacious for 4 of us in the Cart house. Super views over the sheep grazing fields where we spotted barn owls, dog fox and bats, all from the comfort of the generous sofas. York which we visited over a few days was appox 45 mins easy drive away. We would certianly consider stayong at Broadgate again.

   I’ve just stayed here as part of a group, celebrating a 60th birthday. There were 11 of us, spread across 3 cottages. Each cottage was perfect. Perfect setting, high spec equipment, comfortable beds and seating areas, fabulous decor……. We had such a brilliant time and without a shadow of a doubt, the fabulous accommodation made a massive contribution to the success of this event.

   We stayed at Forge, a lovely, spacious, well thought out, 2 bed cottage. You can tell the owners have done an excellent job renovating the old barns and the farm, no expense spared!! Very clean and tidy, well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the Sheep (which are in a pen right outside the cottage) and they also loved Frankie the Rooster! The wood burner was a lovely touch for the chilly evenings and the kids loved prepping it!! We will be staying here again as we have family in the area and we would recommend Broadgate Farm Cottages!! Thank you Elaine!!
