   Had a scratch on my bumper resprayed, wasn’t sure if they would be able to match the colour 100% but the results are outstanding, the bumper looks good as new like it’s always been there. They also went above and beyond, respraying some peeling paint which had been there since I bought the car. Mark was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t recommend these guys more.

   Body matters is a brilliant accident repair centre, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here should I be unfortunate enough to have my car hit again! I have had to leave my car in their care twice now in the last 3 months and I couldn't fault them. Paul has been extremely helpful and on both occasions put me through to a company they use to deal with claims. I’ve had a courtesy car issued to me very quickly and absolutely no stress for me to deal with. Thank you so much for all your help, and for looking after my car - the repairs are excellent.

   Absolutely fantastic team. Took my car in too have paint repair on nsf door & bumper & now my car looks complete again with a new paint job & done within 2 days with a courtesy car so no inconveniences to customer. Would highly recommend to anyone because there so friendly & instantly put you at ease. Great price quoted even though only supplied them with a few pictures by mobile phone.    I arrived at Body Matters in a bit of a mess - I'd bumped my car into someone for the first time and didn't know the extent of the damage, or what was best to do. Mark put me at ease straight away, assessing the damage and giving me a run-down of all my options depending on what I wanted to do. I got three quotes altogether, and Body Matters was by far the most competitive, and the team were the most understanding of my circumstances and keen to help as much as possible. They were also the only garage to plug into a computer and assess damage flagged by the car itself which I thought was much more professional than the others. When my car was in for repair the team kept me regularly updated on progress, and offered me a hire car at no extra charge when I needed it for the weekend. The results were brilliant and you would never tell the damage that was once there. Would use again (although hoping I wont need to!) and would 100% recommend anyone to use Body Matters in the future. Thank you!

   Firstly I highly recommend Bodymatters for any paint / dent repairs. I contacted Mark regarding the damage to my VW Polo (caught the nearside door on a concrete post). He asked for pictures and explained which parts would need replacing, which parts could be repaired and how much it would cost, with the advice of using the insurance to cover the costs. I was provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the repair because my insurance wouldn't. The team contacted me to provide updates on the progress of the work and after 5 days I was able to collect my car, the work was immaculate! I have attached photo of the side that was damaged and I honestly wouldn't be able to tell if the vehicle had been damaged or not as the work carried out is to an extremely high standard. Finally if you have concerns about hygiene, then you do not need to worry with this company as all the necessary precautions are in place to avoid the spread of COVID-19. Fantastic work, completely friendly and professional team, if I ever need any paint work/dents removed again, I will 100% be using Bodymatters.
