   Went to boots in marketdrayton Friday the 5th of September I felt the manager was very rude and disrespectful whilst speaking to a member of staff about the product i was returning I approached the manager myself she said it was not her intention to upset me she did will not be using boots in marketdrayton again !!

   I have been using boots for years and have never had any issues until recently, unfortunately the manufacturer was out of one of my regular dosages which is fine but what upset me the most is the lack of understanding and attitude from younger members of the team I understand I wasn’t my usual happy self but this is due to stressing about my tablets it was only when I had a week left I rang and they bothered to tell me I was not notified so God knows how long they would’ve left it if I hadn’t of rang.I have my medication for quite a serious condition which when I spoke to the girl on the phone she then said well not everyone has those tablets for your condition, which made me feel a bit upset like it was my fault to then go in and get my prescription and be told I had to pay for a pill cutter £5 is just ridiculous I said but it’s not my fault that I’ve got to do this. She said it’s not theirs either which is correct. That’s understandable but a little bit of understanding and less attitude or meet me halfway would’ve been nice. It is just lack of experience and compassion maybe next time think how serious a prescription is for someone.

   Shambolic, since certain members left. the waiting times are awful. Seems in chaos constantly. Some staff have a can't be bothered attitude, one certain employee ignores people waiting as she stares at her computer screen,,showing customers how very important she thinks she is. Incredibly rude behaviour generally. Oh whether you leave it several days to collect... Yes you still wait 20min! Boots head office put more staff... Explain politeness costs nothing to certain staff members. Please.

   We were told the prescription was ready and had been sent the previous day when phoned. But sadly it wasn't ready. I get the impression that there is a staff shortage there, the staff are trying their best but if prescriptions have increased then you need to employ more staff.
