really good customer service, beautiful pieces of jewellery all of the prices seem very fair and overall just an amazing experience visiting the shop.
Only given 1 Star as the customer service was awful . Put my watch in for a battery and new strap and new part for the ticker. All in all they had my watch for 3 months. The replacement strap was the cheapest market stall quality . Leather cracked the first time I tried it on. Took it back the next day . Said they would replace . Another week and a call to say it was ready . Collected today . They hadn’t even bothered to change the time let alone give it a nice polish . Would have had better service from H Samual .
So so chuffed with the wonderful Customer Service, I had my engagement ring reset and polished as was 29 years old. They have done such a wonderful job, the setting is immaculate and my ring looks just like the day it was put on my finger. As my husband has passed away this means so much and I am so grateful, thank you, thank you

Excellent customer service. Was looking for an advice for my watch (which wasn’t purchased there) , dealt with by the owner who fixed my watch and gave me some hints and tips on up-keeping. Will definitely come back. Extremely pleasant experience.
