   I was desperate for duplicate plush for my daughter who has chosen this particular Claire’s exclusive as her favourite. We visited a few stores, and they were all really helpful at trying to locate us one (Hanley, Cheshire oaks, Newcastle). We spoke to the lovely lady at the Crewe store (23/09) who let us know there was one available. When we got there, the staff member was fab, relatable, excited with us, and it was a great shopping experience. 100% will come to this store again.

   I want to thank Jade for piercing my Daughter’s ears. Jade was brilliant throughout and made my Daughter feel really comfortable during the process. She explained everything thoroughly and how to use the aftercare treatment. Massive thank you to Jade for making my Daughter very happy!

   Really friendly member of staff who helped me find exactly what I needed. But the online store is terrible - bought a number of party fillers and the parcel never arrived. Impossible to talk over the phone and long wait for email reply. Just shows that rebots aren't needed but people are.

   I came to the shop to purchase an items shown at Claire's online store with 50% off but the staff was not aware of the offer and told the item was not available at this store, i searched the store find it out the same product myself and bought it at 50 % off after showing the online offer in my phone. Last week i again went to purchase another 50% off item, and again same experience but this time i was unlucky and didn't get the same item after searching the store. Poor customer service.

   Firstly I would like to state that the service we recieved was good. I am not knocking that at all. My daughter was treated well and the place was clean and hygienic. However Claires are running some kind of racket when it comes to pricing. I searched online before and the price for a double piercing for the earings my daughter wanted was £14. When I related this to the operator she told me "that is for one ear." And then told me for two ears the price is £29. Imagine my suprise when i got home and checked the receipt and the piercing was actually £14 for two ears and I was charged more than this (£15) for what is basically fancy surgical spirit (never asked for.) Bad form Claires telling lies to get the inflated sale.
