    Decided to visit the Hull store instead of purchasing online as I knew the store always offered the gift wrap service. When I got to the till I discovered it is now a do it yourself service. We were given a flat pack box a few sheets of gift wrap and the petals in a bag! Why has this service changed? Not great for the guys shopping for their other halves who want a nicely presented gift box. Surely this cant be the norm. The high street needs to offer that service that the Internet can not. Please re-instate the gift wrap option.

    Went in for a bra fitting and the service was excellent. The level of knowledge was brilliant - she brought me several different styles in different sizes to figure out what worked. Couldn't be happier!

    I have just come out of the store. The girl who served me Lisa was lovely. She understood what I needed and she went above and beyond to show me the bras. I got a blue pair and a white pair. Lisa made me feel comfortable and we chatted about all different things. Thank you Lisa for a truly happy experience when I was so sad.

    Ok so it’s not a really bad place, this review is sourly written due to the fabric of the garments. The lace is like old fashioned curtains, and they put bows on everything. Just looks like there aiming at teenagers.

    went here for a bra fitting a couple weeks ago, i entered a 36B and came out a 34DD with an ill-fitting bra, cup was very clearly oversized and the band was too tight. went to next and was told my original sizing was right, would not recommend for a bra fitting
