    Never have I EVER experienced this at a shop, especially with a rude volunteer. I went in looking for 2-3yrs clothing for my daughter for whom was with me baring in mind. The ladies behind the till absolutely great she was lovely but the other women on shop floor horrible. I wanted 1 iteam and she took it off me to double check the price( I've already told her how much, as my daughter ripped it off and i couldn't find it on floor to hand) Than she changed the storie saying I can't have it because it was a school uniform baring in mind it wasn't because I use that brand for myself and use it all the time for my daughter... Also not to mention putting the price higher up from being £1 to £3... I know it seems petty to complain about the price but that's not the point it was the horrible lady on the shop floor and her manger that I requested to come out but failed to do so... so all I can say from this shop ita awful and disrespectful. Need to rethink on how to run a shop and learn to deal with customer service.

    I don't regularly shop here, but when I do, the customer service is pretty good and it's full of all-sorts of things including good quality clothing and accessories. Some of the staff here are volunteers that not only give up their time to help out, but work very hard which I think is pretty awesome of them and this is why I donate to Scope.

    I enjoy going into this shop and grabbing a bargain especially for my little girl, Always receive great service staff and volunteers are helpful, enjoy talking to Christine who is one of the longest serving volunteers in the store. And with regards to the user who posted above i'm appalled and DISGUSTED by what you said as the lady your speaking about is the lady i mentioned who despite her learning difficulties still helps a fantastic charity...
