Visited today 11/10/24 at 12:45 approx. The young man on the till has superb customer service skills and is a credit to your store. He helped with an older friend who had an energy voucher and we were having trouble using it. He explained everything and was very patient. Wish I had come to your store first! 10/10 experience.

girl on the till has no customer skills at all, she thought it was funny she sort changed me by £5 and sarky apologised. Managers need to retrain staff who serve customers and remind them there in a place of work and not school. The mature lady's that work in there are great, it's a shame it doesn't rub off.
Not bad but need to start taking card payments a lot of people use cards they'd days and don't want to be spending 1.99 on the atm
