Put £15 on my gas no recipet was given no gas was on the card..I called up to query this and I got the phone put down on me..I tried to call back and they ignored the call.
Late night guy is lazy , rude and patronising also lies about available stock. 4 times he refused to look for the items I asked for saying that they were out of stock when I could see them . You want anything not behind the counter or at the door you've no chance of getting it
Bit expensive and bought a few bits that when I got home needed throwing away as being off. But most of my experiences are OK. Staff need to smile a bit though n work on customer service. They always seem grumpy and quiet x
Gave me a £5 note as change which had obviously been through a washing machine. They refused to swap it I'm a fiver down -Check your change from this shop.
I will only give one star on the fact that consistently whilst buying wine or beer on special offer they have tried to charge me full price. Very friendly but most are when they rip you off. Check your receipts
