   Met the most unpleasant, rude assistant in here today . Never been told by a shop assistant to “wait a minute “ when I asked her to return the £5 not I had given her so I could give her correct change as she was about to give me a handful of ten pence pieces. Rude - even my 8 year old granddaughter commented how rude she was !!! Shame I didn’t take her name !

   Went in today and I was served by a pleasant young lady called Steph, she is very knowledgeable when it comes to fragrance, and was eager to help me find the right ones. She provided great service on the till, in fact the whole store was great, very helpful and friendly staff.

   Helpful staff, good range of products reasonably priced, the layout is a little hard to follow but that's my only criticism, a points card give you discounts when you have enough points. Probably the cheapest of the pharmacy type of shops.

   Service was really slow. Girl on tills was lovely and kept apologising for the wait, but when there are other staff on the shop floor surely they should be helping her, not leaving her to serve on her own?!
