   The last time i ordered my prescription the service was amazing. It was ready a day later after i ordered it, when normally it takes around a week to be ready. When i collected my prescription Elle served me and she was lovely, very fast and efficient service. Made my experience so much better than before

   I come in quite often for my prescriptions. On my most recent visit a younger lady served me (I believe she may be newer as I haven’t met or been served by her previously); she was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately my prescription wasn’t quite ready but she went above on beyond to ensure it was sorted for me as quickly as possible. She was very efficient and it was the best service I have received since coming here!

   Why does it take this chemist so long to prepare your prescriptions, I ordered mine last Thursday & still waiting..... the old BOOTS chemist on Freeman St used to text me within minutes of ordering my prescription at the doctors now I have to wait OVER a week with chemistcare. WHY????

   I called the surgery because my prescription had gone there by mistake, I was on hold for one and a half hours before they answered. That's a shocking amount of time to keep some one waiting!

   I only use this chemist as it’s very convenient to where I live. The staff at the chemist are not very welcoming, always the same women at the front who is very rude. Only used the chemist since having my baby who’s on prescription milk and the amount of issues we’ve face is unreal. 1. Was owed a prescription from the 28th oct2024 and arguing back and forth until we received this in January 2025 with the doctors surgery sticking up for us and not understanding why we’ve still not received it. 2. Milk when ordering his was told they had plenty in stock to what we needed to then be told they don’t and will have to have it owed to us again we waited until we received a text to come collect went to collect a day later and the lady was telling us that there’s nothing to be collected there’s nothing owing to him ect checked at reception desk at the doctors who told us dates and can see it being owed and went back to chemist to be told again nothing to be collected after saying again there is she checked again and found 5 tins of his milk bagged up ready to go. This is the second occasion tregarding his milk the first time they told me that it had already been collected but because it was over Christmas and new year asked the reception desk at the doctors about how many we had and what we would need over this period and she said that they will do an emergency prescription to cover us when going to collect told we couldn’t have this as it had already been collected which it had not as this was a new prescription to what was already collected. After saying about this being a new prescription and explaining what the doctors surgery said about us not having enough to last us over Christmas they went in the back then came out saying that they’ve now got the prescription which I don’t get as I handed it it and waited. I’m not sure what goes on in this place don’t know if there’s a problem with lack of communication or people skills they just don’t care. When I comes down to 5 tins of milk is a big item to be missed for the baby but also not to be able to see this is alarming
