   This was our girls’ (Storm and Luna) third summer at Sleepy Hollow Pet Hotel, and once again, they had an amazing time! Mark is truly fantastic — caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about the animals he looks after. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Storm and Luna always come home happy and well cared for. Thank you, Mark, for another great summer!

   Left our two guinea pigs with Mark for a little over a week and will definitely use Sleepy Hollow Small Pet Hotel again in the future. Reasonably priced and very easy to communicate with. We loved seeing daily posts on Facebook whilst we were away of our pets and other boarders there during that time. The outside runs and areas are incredible, plenty of safety features to stop pets getting out and predators getting in!

   I can’t recommend this place enough! So much dedication and knowledge and tender care goes into the looking after and well-being of the little members of our family. We brought a couple of guinea pigs To be looked after one underweight and another absolutely fine recovering after a tumour operation and both look like they had a better holiday than me!    Can not rate Sleep Hollow Small Pet Hotel enough. Little Nibbles loves her holidays with Mark. Even if I am staying at home I still take her for her weekend breaks. Penthouse suite is even more luxurious than she has at home! Plus a large outdoor run, closely supervised at all times. Would not leave my bunny with anyone else. Super service, thankyou xx

   Booked my guinea pig in with this small animal hotel as a very last minute booking due to overlooking the fact my pig would need care while I was away. Anyway couldn't recommend this place and mark anymore if I tried. Great location and superb accommodation and care for rhe animals. Very much a Homley feel. Will 1000% use again

   Mark has developed an absolutely fabulous small pet hotel. Truely 5 star accommodation with plenty of indoor accommodation and outdoor runs. He has in-depth knowledge about the animals he is looking after and I have no concerns about leaving my rabbits with him. In fact I am sure after a stay with Mark they probably do not want to come home. Thank you Mark for your wonderful care and attention and giving my rabbits a wonderful holiday.

   Not long got back home after Freddies stay at Sleepy Hollow. We are very happy with how Freddie was looked after. He isn't the easiest of bunnies as he does have some issues but that was not a problem and they took great care of him. We felt at ease while away knowing he was being well looked after as we could see this from the daily photo updates :) would definitely reccomend.

   What a gem this place is! Our hamster stayed here for over 2 weeks and from day 1 we felt like she was in a very caring holiday home. The communication with Mark could not have been easier, very responsive from the initial contact and throughout the holiday. He always made sure we knew our girl was doing well, and sent us pictures and videos throughout her stay. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will be coming back very soon.
