   Alex the owner took £150 deposit and cancelled my first appointment an hour after it should’ve started and didn’t show up to a further 2, I asked for the deposit back obviously, well call after call and text after text I failed to get hold of him, funny though when he got a letter from small claims he was happy to give the money back rather than risk further charges, went into the shop looking for him one day to get my money and the other artists seemed nice but embarrassed, got the vibe I wasn’t the first person he’s done this too and after reading reviews and word of mouth it’s clear he does this frequently.

   Booked in for a tattoo with Alex Burnett ,paid £150 deposit. Night before booking, it got cancelled. Took a while to get a reply for a re-booking. During the 5 days before second booking I messaged and rang to confirm booking and see what time they needed me there. Didn't get a single reply. Went to the shop but the person wasn't there. Their colleague rang and messaged them while i was there but no reply. Second booking never happened. Asked for refund but no reply and still waiting. Book there at your own risk but i would avoid.

   First tattoo was spot on by the owner Alex Burnett. Granted he was an hour late but after the sitting I was more than impressed, booked in for a 2nd tattoo for November, paid the deposit and when it came to tattoo day Alex had some personal issues and asked if I could come in later rather than first thing , no worries there stuff happens so I paid a staff member to cover my late shift and kenneled my dogs then made the 2 hour drive over and proceeded to get messed about all day until he finally says can he rearrange for the coming weekend which i couldn't do because of work commitments. So he agrees to give me my deposit back because he won't be able to make it. 11 days and numerous messages later still no deposit back even though he's said a 2nd time he will give it back.... Guys an absolute joke. Incredible tattoo artist but lousy business owner.

   Was booked in for a tattoo months ago from December 2021, for febuary 2022, he cancelled on the day and asked to do the next day but half a session, then never got in touch the next day and has completely ignored me since. He still has my £150 deposit that he won't give back.

   We love a shop that stays safe & sanitized during a pandemic! My husband & I such a great experience here with our artist (Gee Richardson). We were welcomed warmly, and made comfortable and put at ease with everything. We filled out our forms and then were guided to the back to our artist's area. It was a quiet day in the shop, only one other artist and their client was in. Our experience with Gee was fantastic and our tattoos have healed beautifully. Definitely plan on coming back again and again!
