   Popped in yesterday spoke to a lovely lady about getting my daughters ears pierced she was really helpful. Booked my daughters appointment online went back today and the two staff members chloe and snezana where lovely, chloe was so patient with my little girl as she was unsure about getting them done and kept getting out the chair, she finally got them done and was over the moon with them. Would highly recommend this store for piercings as the staff where so good with my little girl.

   Amazing for piercings, me and partner went here with our friend. They got ear piercings and I got a nose piercing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Answered questions and gave advice. Would definitely recommend for first time piercings!

   Would give zero if possible. We spent ages picking the lip gloss my daughter wanted. But the tills where apparently "offline". This meant we could not pay, my daughter had already broken the seal as i paid. I offered alternatives or said id settle the £3 bill tomorrow. But no, the cashier would rather bin the product than make a little girl happy. Plenty of other shops sell those products so at least i have no reason to return. What i really struggle with is that the cashier could of told us it was "offline" before we picked anything out and saved all our time
