   I started the process of getting my Endless Pool in mid February & it was complete by the end of April. Communication was good, by phone and email as I chose colours, paid a deposit and then the first invoice. My garage is 15.1 x 10.4 feet. At my initial enquiry the year before, Stephen’s said ‘We can fit a pool in any garage’ but I still wondered if it was really possible. I sent an email full of my worries about the logistics of the pool fitting in the garage and of my getting into the pool and Stephen called with reassurance. He also put me in touch with the company who could adapt the garage into a pool room & spoke to my electricians about what was required. Once these preparations were done it was time for delivery & installation. It took three days. On the third day I had a lesson from Stephen on the pool’s systems. Small packs of the chemicals were provided, along with a few other items. From the Facebook groups I see a lot of folk are buying second hand pools and the various parts and installing them themselves. I knew from the start that there was no way I could do anything like that. Much better a company who just does Endless Pools and has lots of knowledge & experience. A few weeks after the installation I had a small problem with the pool cover, which Stephen came out to fix. They will also do an annual service, which will be very useful. I had my first swim on May 1st. Not only do I swim in the current, I exercise using aqua weights & just enjoy being in the water. Having my own pool was a long-term dream for me, having first seen one of this type on television in 2007. Eighteen years later my dream is reality, thanks to Malpelo Pools.

   From the point of first contact, the team at Malpelo Pools have been fantastic. Our project was ambitious with a building conversion and in-ground pool installation. We are delighted with the high quality of service Malpelo provided, from design process & planning to installation & aftercare, it’s honestly been a real pleasure. We have been enjoying swimming as a family in the comfort of our home, using various settings of the amazing swimjet. To relax, we have the hydrotherapy jets too! Thank you Malpelo for making our special project work - I don’t think anyone else could have done it so efficiently and with such world-class products: we truly recommend them.

   Purchased a Performance Endless Pool with challenger package- swim current 1:11/100 m 7ft by 14ft by 45 inches deep together with air source heat pump and winter insulated cover for outside above ground location in Feb 2021 and have been swimming in it since May 2021 6 days a week all weathers with no problems and excellent installation and training from Stephen and Claire at Malpelo. I can not thank them enough for their kindness and attention which has enabled me to continue swimming outside now way into my 70s .
