   I used Alfresco to relocate my hot tub this week, from start to finish the experience was 1st class. Francesca was very informative and helpful and the guys who moved the tub were very friendly and efficient. It was amazing to see how they went about the removal and how quickly they got it done. Thank you to you all, I will definitely be back to you to get it all serviced and set up once the patio is done and it is in place. I highly recommend these guys. Absolutely terrific service. Much appreciated.

   Had some worrying problems with hot tub and credit where credit is due alfresco not only helped but walked us through various issues and this was done out of the goodness of their hearts did not charge and especially at this time they could not have been more helpful.    If your looking for a hot tub look no further, we are repeat clients of Glenn and Francesca’s at Alfresco having just bought our 2nd tub and I can honestly say their customer service is 2nd to none. The quality of the Sundance product is Porsche like and the after service from Alfreso is again Porsche like. These guys are at the top their game and I wouldn’t go anywhere else and that’s after a decade of being a satisfied client! Well done guys!

   Spot on. Francesca was brilliant in ensuring we got the right spa for us. No pushy sales pitch, loads of time to wet test without pressure. We eventually decided on an Optima from the 880 range after looking at loads of alternatives. Spare yourself the hassle of shopping around (and whatever you do don’t buy online!) - go to Alfresco Life. After a long wait for delivery, due to the same issues that the whole world is currently experiencing, our spa arrived this week and was expertly installed by Glen & George (with a final push from Francesca!). Nothing was too much trouble, including a slightly too low roof over the space where the tub was going and it was installed exactly where we wanted it. Great run through of the spa, how to use etc and the following day it’s up to temperature and we’re enjoying the amazing hydrotherapy. First class service all round. Thank you!
