   I've been bringing my dog Fred to Mel for almost 3 years now and I have to say, she has been a godsend. Finding a permanent groomer for Fred has been extremely difficult - he is super anxious when it comes to grooming, especially anything involving clippers anywhere near his paws. Mel has been incredibly patient and gentle with him, and built up his trust in her to the point where he runs into the room and even jumps up onto the table! Never in a million years did I think I'd ever see that. Mel loves what she does, genuinely loves animals and she is a star. Highly recommend!

   Took my Angora Rabbit here for a groom and WOW! I was so nervous to leave her as she’s my baby and I worry about her, but I’m so glad I did. She looks and feels amazing, and when I happened to walk past before collection, she was snuggled up to Mel and giving her love, so I know she was in good hands. My girl seemed so comfortable with Mel, and even her little boyfriend (my Dutch rabbit) was spoiled and cuddled when there. Pricing is super affordable, and I’m so looking forward to coming back in a few months time!

   Mel really looked after our dog, our dog is very anxious and can be snappy at times but Mel toke the time to make sure our dog was comfortable and safe and she groomed her really well I would definitely recommend Mel at Paws a While

   the best groomer we’ve ever used in seven years! Melanie we are so pleased to have found you. Finbar loved his groom and we witnessed some beautiful tender moments through the window between you and our Fin just as we were due to pick him up. This meant the world to us knowing he is safe and taken care of. Finbar looked so smart with his cute bow tie and received many compliments on the way back to the car. 5*
