Very disappointing stay for the price paid. The TV in our room didnβt work, leaving us with no evening entertainment for ourselves or our baby. We were then asked to change rooms at 8pm once our baby was asleep, which was completely unrealistic. Dinner was also poorly managed β we waited around 55 minutes just for our order to be sent to the kitchen. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations and we wouldnβt recommend staying here.

The rooms, bathrooms, and surroundings are filthy β crawling with spiders, bugs, and other pests. This is not a hotel, it is a disgusting, unsafe dump. You are charging guests for a place to rest, yet we are forced to waste our time dealing with venomous spiders and infestations. It is unacceptable, disgraceful, and a complete insult to anyone paying to stay here.

Great accommodation and very well designed and put together. The children loved it, and the location worked really well with a small, relaxing walk into the theme park. The lodge we stay in did have a loose step on the decking, and the staff were going to resolve this. There is plenty of room within the lodges, with a separate room curtained off for the children to sleep. We went as a party of five, and it didn't feel cramped. The TV could do with being a little bigger, and water pressure for the shower wasn't great, but did the job. I would highly recommend prebooking breakfast slots to guarantee yourself a space at the eatery. Overall a lovely short break, and well worth the visit.

Stayed here for one night on the 2-day pass bundle. The bed was comfy, few little amenities like a kettle with tea and coffee with a selection of biscuits. A hairdryer was located in the draw on the dresser table. Plenty of clean soft towels. The TV worked which is useful no signal issues. Not too far a walk to the monorail to get into the park. Staff were helpful on arrival and check out. Plenty of parking after checking in at 4 p.m. Would recommend.

Really enjoy staying at the Enchanted Village. I prefer it to the hotels as its quieter. It's only a 5 minute walk from the hotels were you are able to go to enjoy the entertainment. Obviously very handy for for the parks! The rooms themselves are semi-detached hobit like cottages. Room facilities are good, but would benifit further if a fridge was also provided. I also found the on village restaurant, Crooked Spoon to be good for both breakfast and evening meal.

We only stayed here for one night but it was perfect. The room was beautiful, quirky and so cosy. We had a lovely night and the kids loved their bunk beds and woodland room. Lovely little additions to the room such as the fairy door, made it even more magical for the kids. Canβt wait to come back

We had a brilliant time. My little boy was sick through the night and the staff gave us excellent service, providing new bed sheets and everything at midnight. Only given it a 4 star due to food prices in one of the resteraunts. It was a very friendly atmosphere.

Played mini golf and then football golf here with my two kids. Was a fun outdoor activity in a lovely setting. The guys working there couldnβt be more lovely.

Lovely stop in the Enchanted village. Visited in mid October so was nice and quiet. Shop wasn't open, restaurant (crooked spoon) was only open for breakfast. As a party of 5, we struggled to get reservations for the other 3 restaurants for dinner, so walked over to them at 6pm but there was only a table available at 8.15pm at one of them, so had to go off site to get dinner as this was too late for our 4 year old. Should have been told the urgency of booking a table on arrival. Room was lovely, only downside was the metal bunk beds which if anyone moved on them, woke the whole family as it creaked and squeeked very loudly. Kids loved the playgrounds dotted around everywhere, and loved the Halloween decorations. Will definitely be back, but at one of the other hotels next time.

A positive experience at the Enchanted Village. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The little fairy lodges you stay in are very cute and I imagine would be very enjoyable for children. Our lodge had 1 double bed and another small room, separated by a curtain, with a bunk bed with another single pull out mattress. Very comfortable double bed, and I also tried the kids beds which I wouldnβt recommend to an adult as the mattress is very thin and I could feel the frame under me. Itβs quite chilly in the lodges when you first enter, but doesnβt take long to heat. I was left disappointed by the lack of channels (only 5 worked) and the weak water pressure on the hot tap. Recommend adding 3-4 boiled kettle water if you are an adult wanting a hot bath.
