   Amazing place staff are incredibly friendly. I had a bad experience and tattoo at a different shop which resulted in work needing to be done to it and upon messaging this place they did not hesitate to help they even got me in the same week that I messaged them.my appointment was with Dain who sat down with me and pointed out what he thought needed doing to the tattoo and even asked what areas of the tattoo I thought needed doing and I am very grateful as I now love the tattoo .would highly recommend this place to anyone

   Me and my friend recently visited the shop, I got a tongue piercing and my friend got a nose piercing. Johnny (big John) was incredibly reassuring, I had some worries about getting a tongue piercing as it hadn’t worked well in the past but he was very through throughout, he checked for any veins repeatedly and I appreciated it as it calmed me. He communicated clearly what he was doing and had a really good vibe. For my friend he was good at distracting her and made her feel comfortable. Both of our piercings are healing perfectly and he gave us lots of reassurance on how it would heal and gave us guidance on what to expect for aftercare. We will both be coming back every time we want a piercing and we thank him for making the experience amazing for us!

   Had my second small tattoo here last week after having it recommended by a friend. It was such a positive experience! I was nervous but the atmosphere was so friendly, and Dain (who did my tattoo) was so kind and patient I felt at ease when the time came for my tattoo to be done. Really happy with my tattoo and will go here again for any future tattoos.

   I went for a piercing at the weekend & Jonny was so patient with me and made me feel at ease. Didn’t end up getting the piercing I’d booked for as my nerves got the better of me, but got a helix piercing instead. Jonny was awesome with myself that I will be booking in again for more!
