Due to storm Claudia dry verge caps came away and we're left hanging above ours and next doors cars. Called roofmate UK who were very helpful,and although very busy said they would try to come and take a look later that afternoon. Turned up at 7:30 pm and resolved the issue. Fabulous service, very polite, will definitely use again.
Wow!! what can I say, my father contacted me with a heavy leak in one of the main bedrooms of his home. He was absolutely devastated and didn't know where to turn..... I contacted RoofMate Uk (local to him) to see if they could help in any way and from that moment, I knew we were in safe hands. Gareth took the call and reassured me that help was on its way. 30 mins later Jake was at my father’s home assessing the damage. He gave my dad lots of useful information on how they could rectify the leak and prevent further water damage, right there a plan was quickly formed, start dates in the diary. The team constantly kept me up to date with developments, communications was spot on and very welcomed given my father’s situation. They contacted me to keep me in the loop of activity taking place. They are more than happy to go that extra mile because they genuinely want to help people who are in a very difficult situation. The team selected to carry out the project were polite, diligent and professional throughout. As the project moved forward additional problems occurred due to the age of the property, the team quickly and effectively identified the problem and tasked the team to carried out the additional work. I cannot thank then enough, they were right there when we were in crisis mode. The project was more that reasonably priced, the team went above and beyond to ensure my dad was watertight. It absolutely met our expectations. All work was carried out to a very high standard with the best materials. Gareth, Jake, your team are a credit to you and your business. The craftsmanship and skills they hold are worth their weight in gold. I would recommend in a heartbeat. It can be difficult choosing the right company to carry out work in your home but feel assured you won't get a better service than RoofMate UK.
The installation was seamless and the workmanship is top notch. The skylight feels solid and well made. The skylight has completely transformed the en suite room, flooding it with beautiful natural light. The company was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Be VERY wary of this company. Although the work seems of reasonable quality, and the workmen themselves seemed pleasant, the business practices of the actual company leave something to be desired. Firstly, do not part with a single penny until ALL of the work has been done, if you have problems after you've handed over the money you will never hear back from them. Second, be aware of anything that's added to your contract as "free of charge" or a "gesture of goodwill". These were added to our contract strategically and were the last pieces of work that needed the scaffolding to be removed before being done. This can then be used to both ask for the money to be paid ("all PAID work has been completed") and also, as in our case, to quibble over the £800 compensation we were owed for the late removal of the scaffolding (at £100 per week) and finish to the work. Roofmate will be your best friend until they have your money. They took weeks arguing the toss over the compensation on a contract that was over £34k, and then took a further 6 weeks to pay up once the amount was agreed. I cannot recommend them to you. I left a previous review about this and received a call about it from them so I took it down assuming that they would then do the right thing and pay what they owed. All they did in that time was convince me that I needed to warn others about them. They only paid up after being threatened with small claims court.

The RoofMate team arrived early, were friendly and polite, and explained in detail what they would be doing. They set to work immediately and carried on throughout the day with only a break for lunch. The appearance of the roof after cleaning was first class and I was pleased with their efforts. They could have been more thorough with the clean-up process but overall I was pleased with the whole job and with the price quoted. I also had helpful communications with company staff before and after the task which I appreciated. I recommend RoofMate for any roof cleaning task.
RoofMate have today cleaned and moss treated my very steep roof. The team of lads - Danny, Michael and Callum - were absolutely brilliant - prompt, professional and really got stuck in. My roof looks brilliant and they made sure everything was left clean and tidy and also did a final inspection walk round to make sure they had left everything perfect. I chose this company after a fair amount of online research and phone calls and I`m glad I plumped for them. Would highly recommend. Thank you
Excellent service from start to finish, we used RoofMate to clean our existing roof. Jake, Danny and the rest of the team were extremely polite, on time and highly professional. They left the roof and all surrounding areas of the house spotless. After the cleaning / pressure washing they returned on a different day to spray the tiles a slate grey colour and I can honestly say it looks like a brand new roof. Can't recommend these guys enough.
Brilliant. Great service provided and outstanding finish. The team of two arrived on time and got started immediately. All my pot plants and outdoor furniture moved and sheets laid around the house and over my recently installed conservatory roof. The results of the pressure wash, undertaken top down was far better than I anticipated. 8 bags of moss were gathered from roof and gutters and although the mess was awful, they cleaned up incredibly well and left the patio and front garden better than when they arrived. As my house is not too old I didn't expect any roof tiles to be damaged, but they found 4 cracked or broken tiles which they replaced and also cleared out a blocked gutter down pipe. Everything was put back in place after the clean up. The guys were extremely friendly and professional, taking pride in their work and left me with what appears as a new roof.
