Stood by the till for 5 minutes to buy a couple of boxes of prawns when finally a man looked up at me who was stocking a shelf he replied will be with you when I'm finished . No tar mate I dont want to wait 10 minutes to get served while you play with your Xmas display . Will stick to Sainsbury's in the future .

Today my partner shopped in your store and was extremely upset by the attitude of the lady serving at the checkout. Called Debbie Op.0035 She was so RUDE!!!!!!!! I have worked in a leading supermarket in the past and I know how staff should behave with a customer and the attitude this lady had was far from acceptable. I think maybe she needs a refresher course on how to treat customers. We have recently moved up here and Norton shop was to become our regular local store . We have always shopped in the Coop stores for the last five years and have a membership card too. After today that will NOT be happening. We will source another shop where we will be treated with courtesy and respect . This lady refused my partners membership card and told him it's was not valid in this store, when he explained that it was accepted the other week by some lovely gentleman in the store she totally ignored him. She was so busy talking to another member of staff that my partner didn't even exist. Also shouting across the store at locals who she deemed to treat nicely .. My partners face clearly didn't fit. So NEVER again will we enter this store we will take our business elsewhere... Just as a last comment we spent £66 in this store today to be treated like dirt at the bottom of a shoe.

Ok, if a little more expensive than the average high street supermarket. But there isn't a car park.

Way more expensive than ALL the other simupeemarkets. I will only go as a last resort, though the food & drink is good quality, but many things are over a pound more expensive than Aldi! So quality food, friendly helpful staff, just rather expensive sadly.

A busy little community store, clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff. They have a Costa machine and a hot food rack. Yum. But the car park is very small especially if you have anything bigger than a Ford Focus.

Absolutely rubbish, hardly any car parking spaces in a tiny car park with no room to manoeuvre. Having just had a full refurbishment, all the shelves and stock just seem to be higgledy piggledy. Most staff run a syndicate on the scratchcards, so don't be surprised if you don't win cause they do. One member of staff throws your goods at you after they have scanned them, while another member of staff will short change you. Overall I would say use another store.
