   Such a brilliant local shop. The ladies here are so friendly and helpful. They offer so much more than a typical Onestop shop - where else can you nip in for a pint of milk, post a parcel and come out with freshly made doughnuts?

   Good choice of produce, excellent friendly staff. Hot food is overpriced and not great (Nearly £5 for 2 microwaved cheese oatcakes!) and it feels like they introduce more and more gimmicky stuff all the time which stretches the staff very thin. Disabled access is poor - only one small drop kerb and it has a parking space in front of it so access is cut off if anyone is parked there.

   Customer service is terrible, why they would become a post office when they can’t even serve shop customers in an orderly fashion is beyond me. I waited over ten minutes to collect medication when I was the only person in line for the post office as the employee on the till continued to serve other customers whilst looking at me knowing full well I had been waiting longer, this used to be an amazing and friendly place to shop but now the staff are rude and non welcoming, would not recommend.

   some members of staff have 0 customer service skills.they seem more bothered about speaking on the headsets to co workers than actually serving the customer!.the shop has a good choice but some things are totally overpriced.
