   what’s going on with the staff? having conversations on their headsets whilst a customers being served? It’s confusing because you automatically think they’re speaking to u. Bless the next customer after me was like sorry what? thinking she was being spoken to and no apology or explanation whatsoever from the cashier. My superdrug card was also apparently not working which was strange since I still have the valid account. and there was no reminder of student discount which slipped my mind. Not great service at all, would’ve rather spent my money at boots

   I visited the shop with my friend recently and was appalled by the rude nature of one staff member in particular who I found to be patronising and unhelpful. Will not be returning due to being put off by unwelcoming staff members.

   Went to buy hand cream (Okeeffe!) on promotion and found staff very helpful, prices good and product excellent! Only sadness that I have to go to Hanley, with all the parking and traffic difficulties, to recycle the old prescription pill packaging that Super-duper now offers at selected stores! They need to increase the selection as Newcastle-under-Lyme is so much more accessible than Hanley for so many people!
