   Pharmacy never answer the phone how are people supposed to know if their prescription is ready hideous service as you just get told they are too busy by automated message and then get cut off instead of having a queuing system.....disgusting it should be priority to answer calls !!!!!!!!!!

   Think this Boots one is going to closed down. Staff not interested. Empty shelves. I made the mistake to think, I could grab a bargain in here as something has an advert displayed for half price, went to the till paid and was charged full price. When outside the shop, realised and went back with receipt. Staff did not bother, just told me the offer was with a boots card. I showed the staff the advert was misleading and she just grabbed the advert and put it in another place saying someone else may have moved from the correct place. Not an apologies or interested, when advised I would make a complaint, she just said "if you complaint, would just go back to me anyway " ...Nice one, will not be showing my face in that shop again, unless is a closing down sale.

   Normally I would give a five star but have felt very let down during the current situation I have been trying since Thursday at regular intervals to get through on the phone The telephone just rings out until it cuts you off I wanted to ask a simple question as to whether or not my tablets are on the delivery Both my husband and myself are over 70 with underlying conditions and have been told by the doctor to STAY HOME Both sons are away and we have no option tomorrow but to go to the chemist as my steroid medication has run out I appreciate they are busy but surely the phone could be answered at some point Very disappointed

   Very unhelpful. Needed to organise dossette boxes for my father who has been their customer for over a decade. Flatly refused and wouldn't even try to help. Told me to try other pharmacies or even the next big town centre branch as they just wouldn't. Woman is apparently too busy already to do any more. Glad she has the luxury of choice. My Dad has rapidly progressing Moror Neurone Disease and they can't even be bothered to try and help. Shall never use them again or recommend them. Utterly shocked at their lack of care and empathy.

   Little on the small side for a boots store, but understandable given the location. Very useful for it to be a site for delivery collection so that any stock they don't have in store can be sent over to be picked up asap. Seems a little understaffed, but still efficient. Helpful and easy pharmacy and surprisingly large makeup section. My only complaint would be that the second section of the store can be easy to miss, and there could be better labelling to indicate specific sections in the store for products.
