Gavin McCauley, Deputy Radiology Manager and (Acting) MRI Lead at Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, first phoned me to arrange the scan. I explained how frightened I was and he took the time to calmly talk me through every step of the process. He then invited me into the Kingsbridge MRI department to show me the machine and explain exactly what would happen on the day. He even let me lie on the bed and experience going into the scanner so I knew what to expect. Gavin was unbelievably patient, kind, knowledgeable, and completely professional throughout. Thanks to his reassurance and care, I now feel ready and confident to have my MRI on the 16th of December. A truly amazing gentleman who made a huge difference to my experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
