“I parked at the King's hall and a courtesy bus brought me to the out patients door. Reception staff were friendly and showed me where to go. The radiologist explained what the procedure involved. The surgery was bright and clean. The procedure was very quick. On exit there was another courtesy bus to take me back to my car.”
