“Fantastic physio, really careful to get thorough history and then plan exercise to do at home as well as treatment in the surgery. Massages my shoulder, then does ultra sound therapy, then adds the support tape. Had nhs physio before and no comparison to what Louis does. He's thoroughly professional and very good at his job. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs physio. Clinic has good carpark and is easy to get to.”

My appointment was slightly late but the receptionist kept us upto date which was very reassuring. “I have been here a number of times before, and it is a lovely place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I walk with a stick, and there is 2 disabled parking spaces just outside the facility, as well as a ramp and disabled entrance. Once inside, staff are great at pointing out how to register your car registration to prevent tickets, guide you to where you need to go and point out the lift if needed to get upstairs. The main theatre type area has a ramp around the outside of the seating to get to the stage, but there are a couple of steps to get up to the stage (which was fine for me, but not sure what they do for wheelchair users). There was tea and coffee available before the presentation. Previously, I have been here for lunchtime, and the food is excellent quality and there is lots off variety . Vegan/ vegetarian/ halal options are labelled so it's easy to choose foods for these groups (I am vegetarian and there was lots of options).”

We turned up a bit early, joined a longish queue which went down very quickly, there were plenty of friendly helpers, the jabs were done quickly and efficiently and we were out.
