“We have ordered desserts through just eat and they only delivered one of them! When I phoned the shop the gentleman who answered the phone was really polite and had good manner! He apologised and send the other orders in very quickly with complimentary ice cream for kids! Myself and family are all covid positive and we are self isolating at the moment. The desk staff are so pleasant and efficient. The lady who answered the phone was so helpful, she informed me of mealdeals, saved me money and ended up with a can of juice for no extra cost.”

“My partner and I love a good Chinese but have felt that Newtownards is at a loss for good Chinese (especially on a Monday night when some close). We thought we would give here a try, and it was superb. Everything was flavoursome without being too salty, the girl behind the counter was very very friendly and the food was hot (something that you dont find very often in local chinese takeaways). “I regularly order from this restaurant and always find their food to be the best of all Pizza places and have never had any issues with my order until this evening. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue with Just Eat, my order was put in for collection rather than takeaway. Upon not receiving my order I called the restaurant, explained the situation and was dealt with incredibly politely and professionally and my food was delivered as soon as could have been practicably expected. “Best curry I've ever had from anywhere. They're not afraid of making it hot and extra hot is mind blowing. Only thing is sometimes the onions aren't fresh on the day and you can tell. It doesn't affect the curry but they taste pretty bad, you have to pick them out but this only seems to be something that's been happening over these past few months, must be new staff or something because this never happened before. Still giving them 5 stars though because it's one tiny issue that's only been recently and I've been an obsessed customer for over 10 years so not blaming the company just the guy who doesn't like to part with his onions lol”
