To start with Dr Rajesh Handa did an amazing job on a root canal going the extra mile to save a tooth I thought was going to need an expensive implant. He was calm and reassuring. I Also saw Dr Audrija, who did a fantastic job on some bonding giving me a fuller smile. She’s very skilled and friendly. The hygienist was also very thorough and knowledgable. “Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. “I broke a tooth at the weekend, now Thursday, I tried my usual practice bhandals Blackheath where the only appointment I could get was in 2 weeks. I've tried a couple times to see if I could get a cancellation with no luck. I considered Cradley but thought I'd try here as it is only round the corner from me. They couldn't have been more helpful, the receptionist explained the dentist only did minor routines like fillings which is what I hopefully needed, and told me to go straight round. The dentist Shampa I believe her name, was so nice, explained everything as she did it and asked if it was OK before proceeding with anything, checking all the time I was OK. Thank you so much I can relax over the Easter period now knowing my tooth won't break anymore leaving me in pain. Also thnx to the receptionist very nice and chatty, now that makes a change. Shame you're only open 2 days a week.”
