    “Amazing from start to finish. Greeted by name in the car park by Tim was really nice. Coffee in the waiting area was good then I met Reece who guided me through the process and asked if I needed any other services. I was tempted by a couple of options but I thought I’d test this one first as I didn’t have a great experience in Stratford. When I returned my car looked like new and Reece had personally inspected it knowing my concerns. Reece went above and beyond and will definitely be using them again”

The service manager kindly arranged for my car to be repaired the following day, thereby allowing my onward journey. All the staff are very helpful and I was kept updated of the repair during the day. The repair was carried out quickly and to the highest standard. Would definitely recommend.
