As, I learnt from conversations with a couple of the clientele, while waiting, the proprietors have a long and rich heritage in cutting hair and have been established for over 50 years. Just their longevity is enough to provide ''peace of mind'. The shop itself is simply decorated in fairly unassuming surroundings, but don't let that mislead you. This is a proper barber shop and the staff are all friendly, approachable and extremely proficient in their work. A special mention and Thanks go to Tahir for his consummate professionalism and his expertise. He was meticulous in his approach and he relented until we were satisfied with my son's haircut. Both my son and I very happy and needless to say we will both return when he needs his next haircut.”

“I love this barbershop. As a 3rd generation Jamaican myself, the setup feels so familiar. There's always discussions going on - you have to be assertive sometimes and remind the barber that he has hair to cut, but that's part n parcel of the experience!!! The haircut is amazing - I have no idea how he gets the cut so sharp. My lineup will last 4-6 days, compared to 3-5 days everywhere else. The barber is lively, vibrant, polite, proud of his heritage, and very charming. There is only one barber, so it can get a bit busy during peak times, but he's popular for a reason. Great atmosphere, especially when music is playing, standard prices due to everyone putting their fees up and the normal expected wait for a skillet black barber.”
