After ordering a multi tool online I called in store to collect unfortunately my order hadn’t filtered through to the store & as I was desperate to get on, I bought the tool again in store . The staff were great & said I’d get a refund on my original online order which may take a couple of days to process . Only a couple of hours later I had a call from James at the store to say it had all been sorted . Customer service goes a long way in my experience, so well done to the staff at Wickes at Lichfield”
