I travelled 10+ miles to use this garage when there are so many within 2-3 miles of my address”

My husband always takes his taxi there to get fixed and my brother always has his mot and service done by raf on his mini an he lives in Birmingham. That how good raf is he’s worth the travel from Birmingham to Walsall. I send my daughter there any time she has any problems with her BMW and he gets straight to it diagnosing the problem and sorting it out for her: I would highly recommend him.”

I would firstly like to begin by saying that the ladies on the reception desk have been so kind, compassionate and fabulous! They clearly care about customer service. Although unexpected repairs can be expensive, I know that my Range Rover is now in the very best mechanical condition it can be for its age and mileage. There will always be a garage that can do it “cheaper”. However, my mind is at peace knowing you get what you pay for. “My local BMW/Mini dealership wanted to charge an extortionate amount of money to fix a faulty on my Mini Cooper Automatic transmission. I had this fixed by Ian who put me in touch with Marc, his business partner. As I was travelling from over 3 hours away and needed a full service & MOT it seamed a perfect situation to get it done at same time. Initially I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't know the area and it was long way for me to travel. Marc and Ian made it very clear in their communications of the work they would carry out and the costings. For me they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. They were excellent. temporarily fixed my mirror (to a great standard) and explained to me what I need to get to keep the cost lower.
