They’d never heard anything like it. They put it up on the ramp and found that an exhaust clamp was the incorrect way round from my exhaust work that i had done elsewhere. The exhaust clamp was touching the gearbox as I accelerated. They turned it the correct way, ensured the problem was sorted and they charged me NOTHING. Such great help and very polite guys. They asked how I was getting back and I said Uber - the kind gent said apologies for making you come back - take my car and just come back later and it will be done! They didn’t have to do that - charge was good - all was good. I was nice to them - they were nice to me - pretty simple I think.
