“I was so scared and worried before committing to this salon, as I haven’t been to a salon in around 10 years (I have a hairdresser sister) but I’ve never felt more welcome. From the get go all communications were always quick, reliable and friendly. I managed to get an appointment with Leanne after a cancellation. We organised a quick patch test and consultation where we spoke about what I wanted, followed by a patch test behind my ear and a quote for how much it would all cost. This literally only took about 10 minutes. I felt so welcomed as soon as i entered the doors. On the day of my hair, we revisited our conversation at the patch test making sure there was no miscommunication about what I wanted. Leanne was so friendly, constantly asking if I was comfortable and needed anything. I’m so pleased with the final results and would highly recommend this salon. The products they used are so high quality and left my hair feeling so amazing that I bought exactly what they used!!
