“Our boiler lost pressure and I was unable to refill so we were without hot water and heating. I had never dealt with Maz before and I only called her because I was next to her van at the traffic lights. I called her at 5.30pm and by 7.15pm she arrived to see if she could help. After some methodical fault finding the cause of the problem was found and very quickly fixed without the need for new parts. Some people may look to quote new parts but Maz was very focused on checking the simple things first. Once all the air was out the boiler and the system the heating fired back into life and she left at 9.20pm with the system fully functioning. I would highly recommend Maz to anyone looking for a good honest gas engineer.”
